Abigail brings 6 years of Human Resources experience to the Ramaker team. As our Human Resources Manager, Abigail’s duties encompass a wide range of tasks including benefit administration, policy administration and compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations. In addition to the “everyday” human resources work, Abigail also implements and oversees various extra-curricular employee events and programs. These events and programs not only challenge the employees to better themselves personally, but they also give everyone at Ramaker a chance to have fun and give back to the community. Abigail’s hard work and dedication to the team helps promote a family feel across the company, and continues to make Ramaker a great place to work.
