Michael Carlson

Michael Carlson is an experienced architectural project manager currently leading project teams at Ramaker | Architecture + Engineering since October 2022. Previous roles include Vice President of Real Estate Development at Impact Seven, where Michael managed multi-family development projects and sourced complex funding, and Director of Real Estate Development at Operation Fresh Start, focusing on youth employment and affordable housing. Michael has also held leadership positions at Mosaic, Inc., Madison Community Cooperative, Madison Area Community Land Trust, and Habitat for Humanity of Dane County, all emphasizing affordable housing and community development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
