Itamar Kalay

Itamar Kalay has a comprehensive work experience in the field of information security and management. Itamar started their career in 1997 as a Programmer, System Analyst, and QA Expert at SRL. Itamar then worked as a System Analyst & Security Officer at CreditGuard LTD from 2001 to 2010. From 2010 onwards, they held various roles, including Senior Information Security Consultant at Human Factor, Senior Risk Manager at SHVA, and Chief Information Security Officer at Rambam Health Care Campus. Itamar also worked as an Information Security Consultant at Skybox Security and as a Chief Information Security Officer at Priority Software. Currently, Itamar is the Professional Manager at Hermeticon. Throughout their career, Itamar has demonstrated expertise in implementing security systems, compliance with industry standards, and providing consulting services to leading companies.

Itamar Kalay has a diverse education history. Itamar attained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hifa University in 1996. Prior to that, they completed a Computer Systems Analysis course at John Bryce in 1997. In 1992, they completed their Mechanical Engineering Practical Engineer degree at Technological College Beersheba. Itamar also holds various certifications in the fields of Information Security and Quality Management. These include being a CISSP-certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Lead Auditor for ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Information Security Management, and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Itamar remains actively engaged in enhancing their skills, having completed an IRCA ISO 27001 Lead Auditor course in 2013.
