Jeffrey Germenis

Jeffrey Germenis has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Jeffrey started their career as a Route Salesman at Brown Distributing Company in 2003. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Maintenance Director at The Taylor Company, where they managed vendors and emergency calls for over 200 residential properties. In 2010, Jeffrey joined ProStaff as a Business Development Manager, where they provided interim staffing and executive search services to national and global customers.

In 2011, Jeffrey joined Ben E. Keith Beverages, where they held multiple roles. As a Sales Representative, they managed up to 120 accounts in the Austin metro area and successfully grew sales by 20% in the north Austin off-premise territory. Jeffrey then transitioned to the role of Area Sales Manager, overseeing seven sales representatives and achieving a 10% sales growth in combined sales territories. In their most recent role at Ben E. Keith Beverages as an Operations Manager, Jeffrey managed three departments and effectively reduced operational costs by approximately 10% while expanding the delivery footprint for central and south Texas.

Currently, Jeffrey is the Director of Operations at Rambler Sparkling Water, a USA-based company. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing operations and contributing to conservation efforts through annual contributions to American Rivers and Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation.

Jeffrey Germenis attended McNeil High School from 1999 to 2003 but did not obtain a degree or have a specific field of study during this time. From 2006 to 2009, they attended Texas State University, where they obtained a degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Advertising.
