Akram Ali

Akram Ali is a seasoned Senior Steel Structural Engineer currently working at Ramboll since November 2023. Previously, Akram served as the Estimation and Special Projects Group Leader at Acero Building Systems for a year and held the position of Senior Steel Designer at Al Shafar Steel Engineering (ASSENT) LLC from November 2018 to February 2023, focusing on designing steel members for industrial factories, particularly in cement. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer at FMC & Associates LLC and as a Steel Structural Engineer at Technical Consultations Bureau, where involvement in major projects included the Vietnam Cement Plant and El-Beida Cement Plant. Akram launched the engineering career with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University in 2014 and has additional training experience with Cairo General Contracting Company.
