Phil Combes

Phil Combes is currently the Head of Offshore Wind Engineering UK&I at Ramboll, where Phil leads a team of 50+ experts. Prior to this, Phil held positions such as Team Lead & Chief Engineer at an offshore wind engineering company, Principal Engineer at Wood Thilsted, and Senior Engineer at both Ramboll and Atkins. Phil graduated from the University of Bristol in 2014 and has a strong background in engineering within the renewable energy sector.
