Rohit Chaudhri is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head HR Business Partnering at Ramboll, Rohit previously held significant positions such as Sr Vice President of Human Capital, Org Development & Strategy at Terre Armee India & Freyssinet Menard India, and Corporate HR Learning Centre & Captain for Strategy & Operations in Marine Assets at Essar Group. Additionally, Rohit has served as Head & GM of Global Learning & Organizational Development at a leading luxury products manufacturing company and as General Manager of Corporate HR - Learning & Org Development at Essar Group. Rohit holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategy from the National Defence Academy.
