Shailaja Unnikrishnan

Shailaja Unnikrishnan has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and management. Shailaja started their career at Ramco Systems in 1998, where they worked as a Senior Systems Analyst until 2003. Shailaja then joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Project Lead and worked there until 2005. After that, they joined Frontline Information Technology LLC as a Project Lead for a year.

Shailaja then returned to Ramco Systems in 2007 and held various roles in the company. Shailaja started as a Senior Business Consultant and worked their way up to become an Associate Director & Country Manager for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Shailaja then served as the Head Solution Advisory for HCM and ERP in the MEA region and finally became the Regional Director of Delivery for the same region. Shailaja'swork at Ramco Systems spanned from 2007 to the present.

Shailaja Unnikrishnan completed their MCA in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli and NIT/REC, Trichy between 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Bhavans Vidya Mandir from 1985 to 1992. In terms of additional certifications, Shailaja obtained a certification in "Leadership Skills for The Future" from LinkedIn in 2022.
