Sanjay Kasturia has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Sanjay is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Ramen Inc., a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Meta as a Technical Specialist from February 2020 to March 2022.

Additionally, Sanjay has worked at Airgo Networks (acquired by Qualcomm), Iospan Wireless, Raychem Corporation (acquired by Tyco), and Bell Labs. At Airgo Networks, they co-founded the company and served as the Vice President of Engineering. Sanjay played a key role in commercializing multi-antenna MIMO technology, which was foundational to the IEEE 802.11n standard. At Bell Labs, Sanjay held the position of Head of Wireless Technology Research Department, where they defined technology direction and led the development of various wireless products.

Following this, they pursued further education at Stanford University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree and later completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical Engineering.
