Andrew Eagle P.e., Ptoe

Andrew Eagle, P.E., PTOE, is a highly experienced professional in traffic analysis and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at DRMP since August 2013. In this role, Andrew specializes in traffic analysis and modeling. Additionally, Andrew joined RKA as a Senior Project Manager in December 2023.
