Margit Merimaa

Margit Merimaa is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Group Functions Controller at Ramirent Group since June 2017, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and IT controlling across multiple entities. With a strong background in financial management, Margit has previously held roles as Financial Controller and Finance Services Manager, focusing on IFRS compliance, internal project analysis, and process improvements. Prior to joining Ramirent, Margit worked as a Project Accountant at Ramirent Shared Services AS, where process development and training were key responsibilities. Margit's financial expertise was further honed during time at PwC, providing assurance services, and at Swedbank in consumer finance roles. Margit holds an MBA in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Banking from Tallinn University of Technology.
