Susan Afan

Susan Afan serves as the President of the Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation since 2021, where leadership focuses on promoting Asia’s premier award. In addition, Susan is a member of the Board of Trustees for multiple organizations, including WeSolve Foundation and ABS-CBN Foundation, where responsibilities involve policy setting, strategic planning, fundraising, and operational management. Previous roles include Talk Show Co-Host for ABS-CBN's Kapamilya Konek, which received the Golden Dove Award for Best Radio Magazine Program, and a long tenure at Robert Half, culminating in the position of Consultant for Enterprise Leadership Development. Susan's career began as a Training Officer at PLDT and included faculty duties at Ateneo de Manila University. Education was completed at Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
