Scott Johnson

Scott Johnson brings extensive experience in the construction industry, serving as Superintendent at Rampart Multifamily since February 2022 and previously holding similar roles at Alliance Residential Company and CIP Construction. Johnson started as a Lead Superintendent and Project Superintendent, managing multifamily construction projects, and gained experience as an Assistant Superintendent with The Morgan Group and as a Superintendent with Grayco Partners and Stout Building Contractors, overseeing various commercial construction jobs. In addition, Johnson worked as a Property General Manager and Consultant with Aurelius Financial/Scott Johnson Construction Consulting, where responsibilities included project management and cost control.
