Adele Chauvin

As Vice-President, Commercial Division and Lafayette Branch Manager, Adele oversees the operations of the commercial division and its portfolio of over 18 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space throughout Louisiana. Her responsibilities include staff supervision; business development; policy and procedure creation and implementation; leasing, tenant and vendor relations; construction management and maintenance contract negotiation; monthly financial reporting and annual budget preparation.

Adele earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College. Adele also holds the Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Certified Property Manager® designation.

Adele is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Louisiana and a member of the Realtor Association of Acadiana. She is an active member of the Louisiana Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and served as the 2013 President of IREM® Louisiana Chapter 55. Her educational background, communication skills, and understanding of investment property help her to recognize and attain each client’s objectives.
