Joseph S. Pappalardo

Joe Pappalardo has held leadership positions in real estate for over 40 years and is affiliated with the industry’s top professional organizations. He is a licensed real estate professional in four states: Louisiana, Alabama, Texas and Mississippi. Joe holds a long list of credentials, including Licensed Attorney, Certified Property Manager, General Contractor and Insurance Agent. Joe has also provided counsel to three (3) Louisiana governors as a member of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and served as Chairman for two terms.

Ever since he formed Latter & Blum Property Management in 1989 with Robert W. Merrick, he’s embraced
