Laura White

Laura White’s 25 years in the multi-family and single-family property management industries have earned her recognition as one of the state’s most knowledgeable property management professionals. Her attention to detail and hands-on management style serves her well as Executive Vice President of Latter & Blum Property Management’s Multi-Family Division.

Laura has experience in all facets of property management: development, acquisitions, fiscal accountability, marketplace analysis, due diligence, human resources and construction management. In addition, she has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. Laura consistently applies her education and extensive experience to better serve her clients.

Laura also brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the more complex management, leasing and compliance responsibilities of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Properties, and she is one of Louisiana’s foremost experts on Tax Credit and Bond Financed Assets.

As Executive Vice President of the Multi-Family Division, Laura oversees the day-to-day operations of a diverse multi-family portfolio including Affordable Retirement, Tax Credit, and conventionally-financed Multi-Family real estate investments. Laura ensures that all residential assets managed by Latter & Blum Property Management are positioned and managed a way that ensures her client’s goals are achieved.
