Ken Morris

Ken Morris is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the software and human capital management sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Federal Sales for the Department of Defense at BMC Software since August 2021, Ken also holds the position of CEO and Advisory Board Member at RampedUp.io, an Account-Based Selling tool integrated with Salesforce.com. Ken's previous roles include Application Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Cloud HCM Applications at Oracle, where responsibilities included supporting enterprise retail and consumer packaged goods organizations. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Ceridian HCM, EDH, and Benefit Coordinators, Inc., specializing in HR technology and payroll solutions, as well as a decade of military service with the Army National Guard. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of South Carolina.
