Gilberto Grego has held various positions in the customer success and marketing fields since 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Coordenador de comunicação de marketing at Agência Joombo, a Professor Coordenador at Beat Masters, a Gerente de Projetos at UP2Place Digital, an Inside Sales Account Executive at Runrun.it, and a Customer Success Manager at Ramper. In 2021, they became an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at VAGAS.com and in 2022 they returned to Ramper as a Manager, Customer Success. Throughout these roles, they have been responsible for customer relations, onboarding, developing strategies for retention and conflict resolution, managing risk of churn, negotiating and creating commercial proposals, analyzing performance, and leading teams.
Gilberto Grego obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing between 2015 and 2017. Gilberto completed their Ciências Sociais in Sociologia, Política e Antropologia from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho between 2004 and 2010. Gilberto also obtained their Produção Fonográfica in Áudio e Tecnologia from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi between 2008 and 2010. In addition, Gilberto Grego has obtained several certifications, including LGPD Aplicada ao Setor Comercial from GEP Soluções em Compliance in November 2022, Customer Arena: Gestão de Customer Success e Métricas from CS Arena in July 2019, Workshop Mídia Programática from Instituto Mestre GP in November 2017, RD Station Na Prática from Resultados Digitais in September 2017, Certificação em Marketing de Conteúdo and Certificação em Produção de Conteúdo para Web from Rock Content in August 2017, Advanced Course Analytics from Google in May 2017, and Google Analytics for beginners from Google Analytics for Business in May 2017.
