Elaine Liao

Elaine Liao is an experienced professional in the finance and banking sector, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead at RAMS since March 2020, following roles as Senior Credit Manager and Credit Manager. Prior to their tenure at RAMS, Elaine worked at Westpac from April 2019 to March 2020 as a Credit Manager in the Consumer Bank Credit division. Elaine's career at RAMS began in June 2018 as a Loan Officer. Additionally, Elaine has experience as a Relationship Manager at Finlease (Australia) Pty Ltd from June 2014 to June 2018. Elaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney, along with a Certificate IV from AAMC Training Group and a qualification as a Professional Translator into Chinese from the Sydney Institute of Interpreting and Translating.
