Pascal Roché

Born in 1962, Pascal Roché is a graduate of HEC, holds a Masters in Private Law (Paris II Assas) and a DEA in Economics and Organizational Strategy (Paris Dauphine). He is also a graduate of the Institute of French Actuaries.

Pascal Roché began his career in strategy consulting, before joining the insurance sector in 1991 within the UAP group (now AXA France), where he was director of strategy and then took responsibility for several departments. operational for more than 10 years. From 2000 to 2002, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Axa France Services, then Director of Central Functions and member of the Executive Committee of Axa France. He joined the Barclays Group in 2002, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for France and then Spain, and will be entrusted at the same time, from 2008, with worldwide responsibility for Premier customers and the insurance and of investments.

In June 2011, he became Managing Director of Ramsay Santé , the leading private hospitalization group in France. Following a successful takeover bid for the Capio AB group, in November 2018 he became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capio AB.
