Ema Proctor

Ema Proctor has over three decades of experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as Operations Manager at Ramsay Health Care UK since December 2014. In this role, Ema is a member of the Senior Management Team and holds P&L responsibilities for multiple departments, including decontamination and hospital support services, while also overseeing modernization and change management during a significant hospital expansion. Prior to this, Ema was the Hospital Decontamination Lead at Ramsayhealth UK from June 2005 to December 2014 and served as Sterile Services Supervisor at NHS Trust from July 1991 to May 2005. Ema completed education at Cuthbert Mayne School from 1981 to 1986.
