Constance Ong

Constance Ong has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being the Group Head Legal at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Legal at Mah Sing Group Berhad, leading and managing the legal team in various areas such as land acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution. Constance also played a key role in developing and implementing compliance frameworks for the company. Before joining Mah Sing Group Berhad, Constance held the position of Senior Legal Manager at MISC Berhad Official, where they oversaw legal matters related to the LNG and offshore business industry. Constance also managed a team of lawyers and was involved in major acquisitions.
