Rick de Jong

Rick De Jong is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and business development within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Ramsden Industries since May 2023, Rick has held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations at NORDOCK® and General Manager at Hydra Dyne Technology Inc. Previously, Rick was President of Central Machine & Marine Inc. and Vice President at Schaeffler, overseeing engineering and sales for Aerospace Americas and driving global aerospace business development. Rick's career began in various engineering and management positions at FAG Aerospace and FAG Automotive. Rick holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Western University.
