Erin Phillips

Erin Phillips, MA, LMFT, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in various therapeutic roles. Currently serving as Triage Coordinator at Richmond Area Multi Services since January 2020, Erin has previously held significant positions including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at The San Francisco Marriage and Couples Center, where weekly couples therapy was provided for a caseload of 15 clients. Throughout Erin's career, responsibilities have included individual and group counseling, credentialing for health insurance panels, office management in an ABA agency, and supervisory roles in educational and community settings. Erin holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
