Elizabeth Olesin, Ph.D has a diverse work experience in the field of biomedical research. Elizabeth is currently working as a Scientist/Data Curator at Rancho BioSciences since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Biomere (Biomedical Research Models, Inc.) in various roles. Elizabeth served as an Assistant Director of Immunology and Infectious Diseases from September 2021 to December 2022, a Virology Program Head from January 2021 to September 2021, and a Scientist from September 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Scientist at TScan Therapeutics from February 2019 to July 2019. Their earlier experience includes their role as a Graduate Student at UMass Medical School from June 2012 to December 2018, where their research focused on the role of transcription factors in CD8+ T cell activation and differentiation during viral infections.

Elizabeth Olesin, Ph.D has a diverse education history. Elizabeth attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2008 to 2012 and received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pre-Veterinary Studies. Following that, they pursued further studies at UMass Chan Medical School from 2012 to 2018, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Immunology.

In addition to their academic degrees, Elizabeth has also obtained certifications. In 2022, they completed the IACUC Chair certification from the CITI Program. Elizabeth also obtained the certification titled "Noncompliance and the IACUC: Basic Approaches for Success" in the same year from the same institution.
