Pat Elsasser

Pat Elsasser is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Rancho California Water District since April 2008, Pat previously held the position of Sysadmin II at the City of Carlsbad from October 2001 to April 2008. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
