Lizzy Mello

Lizzy Mello is an experienced model with a prominent presence at MDT Agency, Inc. since 2012. In addition to modeling, Lizzy serves as a Guest Instructor at Rancho La Puerta since May 2022. Lizzy founded Litt Wellness in 2017, directing a full-service yoga and wellness events company specializing in retreats and daylong events, encompassing event proposal, execution, marketing, and social media coverage until October 2022. Previous roles include Director of Marketing at Stash-It from June 2021 to June 2022, Experience Instructor at 1440 Multiversity, and various yoga teaching positions at Ojas Yoga Center, Piedmont Yoga, Yoga Spring Studio, and Re Creation Health Clubs. Lizzy holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Holistic Health from the University of Arizona, completed in 2009.
