Alina Ferrer

Alina Ferrer is a seasoned professional in project management and estimation with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at rand* construction corporation since September 2015, Ferrer has held various roles including Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Assistant Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed preparing submittal logs, managing project schedules, coordinating quality assurance, and overseeing project close-outs. Prior experience includes roles as an Estimator with Washington Headquarters Services, where cost estimates for construction projects were developed, and as a Civil Estimator at Aireko Enterprises, focused on preparing accurate construction estimates. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
