Berlina Moroole

Berlina Moroole currently serves as the CEO of COID & Group Operations and Group COO at Rand Mutual - RMA, a position held since July 2020. Additionally, Berlina is a Board Member of Dangote Cement and has served on the Board of Emira Property Fund until July 2024 and Assupol Holdings Limited from November 2018 to May 2020. Previously, Berlina held the role of Chief Internal Audit, Risk and Sustainability Officer at Motus Corporation - Imperial Group, worked as a Group Executive and Chief Risk Officer at Liberty Group South Africa, and contributed as a member of the Advisory Audit Committee at UNFPA. Berlina's early career includes experience as a Board Member at Legal Aid SA, consulting in Switzerland, and as a Partner at Deloitte. Berlina holds a CA (SA) qualification in Accounting, Auditing, Tax, and Management Accounting.
