Pontsho Khwaza

Pontsho Khwaza has extensive experience in claims administration and human resources, currently serving as a Claims Administrator and Administrative Assistant at Rand Mutual (RMA) since April 2015, focusing on data entry and managing high volumes of incoming calls. Previous roles include an Assistant Human Resource Trainee at AngloGold Ashanti, where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions such as employee allocation, leave planning, and compliance with labor management policies. Additionally, Pontsho worked as an intern in Human Resource Development at the Department of Health, assisting with training data maintenance and record keeping.
