David Minx

David Minx has a strong background in procurement and sourcing programs. David currently holds the position of Chief Procurement Officer at Randall Foods since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Partner/Managing Director Ingredients and Commodities at The Seismic Group, LLC from 2022 to 2023. From 2021 to 2022, they served as President of DPM Consulting, LLC. Before that, they worked in meat procurement and sourcing programs from 2020 to 2021. David also has experience as VP Meat Procurement at Tyson Foods from 2017 to 2020 and as VP Strategic Sourcing at AdvancePierre Foods from 2011 to 2020.

David Minx attended Oklahoma State University, where they obtained a BS in Animal Science with a focus on the food industry.
