Kyle Jernigan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kyle began their career in 2003 as a Backroom Team Lead at Target before transitioning to T-Mobile, where they worked as an Assistant Store Manager. In 2004, they joined eVision Marketing Group, LLC as a Senior Manager for SEO/SEM, responsible for improving search engine friendliness for websites and managing PPC spending. After eVision Marketing Group was acquired by Randall Reilly Publishing Co in 2008, Kyle continued their role as a Senior Manager for SEO/SEM. At Randall Reilly, they took on various roles, including Director of Integrated Marketing, Director of Digital Services - Recruiting, Director of Digital Services - Trucking, and Senior Manager SEO/SEM. In these positions, they focused on coordinating product/service mix, developing digital products and solutions, and making websites more search engine friendly. In 2017, Kyle briefly worked as the Dream Team Director at Church of the Highlands before returning to Randall Reilly as the Director of Digital Strategy. Their most recent role, starting in 2020, is Director of Strategy, Talent Intelligence at Randall Reilly, where they provide insights and solves client problems using data, analytics, and industry trends.
Kyle Jernigan attended The University of Alabama from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, and English. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Certificate in Ministry and Leadership at Highlands College.
