Charles Ratliff

Charles Ratliff is an experienced AOC WS Requirements Analyst currently managing Enterprise Change Requests at R & K Enterprise Solutions Inc since August 2013. Prior roles include senior analyst responsibilities at Emerging Business Solutions, program analyst duties at Dynamics Research Corporation, and team member positions focused on AOC modernization at Spectrum. Ratliff has extensive experience in systems engineering and logistics support, having managed multi-million dollar programs at SAIC while leading teams in the fielding of command and control systems. With a background as Chief Enlisted Manager in the U.S. Air Force, Ratliff possesses a strong foundation in operations and communications support. Ratliff holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University.
