Seisha Cunningham

Seisha Cunningham currently serves as the Director of Special Events and Campus Projects at Randolph College, where previous experience includes the role of Assistant Director of Almunae and Alumni Relations. Prior to this, Seisha spent six years at the University of Lynchburg in various positions, notably as Student Employment Coordinator, where management of a $1.6 million student labor budget and implementation of the first pay increase in over 20 years were key achievements. Additional roles encompassed supervising catering and events, coordinating special events at Avoca Museum & Historical Society, and overseeing payroll at Laughlin Financial LLC. Seisha's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Randolph College and current enrollment in a Master of Business Administration program at the University of Lynchburg. Recognized for excellence, Seisha received multiple awards throughout the career, including the Above and Beyond Award.
