Katie Walton

Katie Walton, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Scientific Account Executive at Random42 Scientific Communication, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Katie was engaged at The University of Sheffield from October 2019 to March 2023 as a Postgraduate Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant, developing leadership and teaching skills while managing and supervising students. Previous experience includes positions as a Selling Events Assistant and Sales Advisor at Stevensons, as well as a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose & Partners. Katie Walton earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Sheffield and a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Nottingham.
