Sasmita Kar

Sasmita Kar has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2008. Sasmita began their career as an Associate Consultant at Careernet Technologies in 2008. In 2010, they moved to Balasore Alloys Limited as an Assistant Manager-Human resource. In 2015, they were an Assistant Manager - HR at ArthaYantra. In 2017, they were a Manager at Agile CRM. In 2019, they were an HR at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd. Currently, they are a Senior Human Resources Manager at RandomTrees.
