Claudia Onzi Ide

Claudia Onzi Ide is an experienced governance professional with a background in corporate and legal roles. Currently serving as a Governance Assistant at Randoncorp since October 2021, Claudia focuses on supporting the Board of Directors with legal and regulatory obligations, document reviews, and governance process coordination. Previous roles include over 20 years in corporate legal areas, involvement with Sicoob Cooperando as a board member and former president, and serving as a fiscal advisor at Instituto Elisabetha Randon. Claudia's legal expertise encompasses corporate law, shareholder meetings, and the drafting of corporate documents. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Law from FGV and a degree in Law from UCS, complemented by specialization in International Law.
