Sandeep Sivadas

Sandeep Sivadas has extensive experience in sales and account management roles in the cybersecurity and telecommunications industries. Sandeep currently serves as the Regional Sales Director for Asia & ANZ at Randori, an IBM Company. Prior to this, Sandeep worked at IronNet Cybersecurity as the Regional Sales Director for Asia, where they led the go-to-market strategy and drove complex sales cycles. Before that, they worked at Micro Focus as a Sales Manager, focusing on managing enterprise customers in Singapore and driving proactive campaigns to build the pipeline. Sandeep also has a strong background in Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where they held various roles, including Client Partner for Global Enterprise and APAC Enterprise, as well as a Solution Architect. At Verizon, they were responsible for managing global accounts, growing revenue, and developing channel partnerships. Sandeep began their career at Bharti Airtel Limited as a Senior Technical Consultant, where they handled strategic accounts and served as a pre-sales consultant.

Sandeep Sivadas has a diverse education history. In 2001, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Mumbai University. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management from 2009 to 2012.

Sandeep then actively participated in various executive education programs. In 2013, they attended the Indian School of Business for an Executive Education Program focused on Strategic Thinking. In 2016, they completed an Executive Education Program in General Management from the National University of Singapore. In the subsequent year, Sandeep also underwent an Executive Education Program in Competitive Strategy from INSEAD in 2017.

To augment their knowledge and skills further, Sandeep also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Competitive Strategy from INSEAD. The following year, in 2018, they earned a certification in Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age from Harvard University. Additionally, Sandeep is planning to acquire the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification from (ISC)² in 2023.
