Brent Dul has had an extensive career in various leadership roles at Randstad Canada. From 2013, they served as the Executive Vice President of Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS), where they provided customized workforce solutions for large-volume companies. Brent also held the position of Executive Vice President of the National Call Center (CX), focusing on improving customer experiences. Prior to that, Brent was the Executive Vice President for Western Canada and the Area Vice President for Alberta. Brent joined Randstad Canada in 2007, starting as a Staffing Consultant and progressing to Division Manager, Branch Manager, and Senior Branch Manager. Additionally, Brent worked for the Government of Alberta, specifically in Service Alberta, as a Legislative Advisor responsible for consumer protection legislation. In 2021, Brent joined Randstad Sourceright as the Executive Vice President and Head of Canada for the Integrated Talent Solutions department.
Brent Dul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Athabasca University, which they obtained in the years 2012-2013. Prior to that, they completed a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Management from the same institution in 2010-2011. Brent also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta, which they earned in the years 2001-2005, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Native Studies. In addition to their academic background, Brent has obtained certifications such as Level 5 Skilled Negotiator from Kahvay Ltd., Leading Transformation in the Digital Age from London Business School, and Global Mentorship from Randstad.
