Àlex Vallès

Àlex Vallès is an experienced professional in human resources and skills training, currently serving as a trainer and consultant at La Caja de las Habilidades since May 2008, and as Director at TeamRoomPolis since January 2010. Àlex has designed, implemented, and evaluated programs focusing on collaboration, learning, and leadership competencies across various organizations, including Adecco Training and Randstad España. With an educational background that includes a degree in Educational Science from Universitat de Barcelona and specialized training in strategic human resources management from EADA Business School, Àlex Vallès contributes expertise in both directorial training and development of personal and group productivity skills. Additionally, Àlex collaborates with Assembler School of Software Engineering, offering webinars and workshops on professional skills.
