Audra Jenkins

Audra Jenkins SPHR, SHRM SCP, CDE is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Global Chief Equity Officer at Randstad since September 2022, Audra previously held the position of Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Randstad USA, beginning in September 2017, after leading Diversity & Compliance at Randstad Sourceright from March 2008 to September 2017. Earlier in the career, Audra was the Senior Human Resources and Diversity Director at Acuity Brands from April 2006 to March 2008, contributing to business strategy at a global chemical corporation. Additionally, Audra gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at TRW from 2002 to 2004. Audra holds an MBA in Business.
