Karen Fichuk

Karen Fichuk is an Executive Board member and CEO of Randstad Technologies focused on leveraging the scale and power of our sales, delivery and talent engines and the strength of the organization's specialized Tech solutions capabilities to deliver value to clients. She has nearly 30 years of experience as a commercial and functional leader, and before joining Randstad she held various positions in the information services and analytics space with The Nielsen Company. Karen is committed to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and cultivating a culture where employees feel connected and valued. Karen holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University.
