Natalie Lauer, CPTD (CPLP), currently serves as Area Vice President for Randstad since December 2015, with prior roles including Market Manager and Sr. Manager of Business Knowledge in Training & Development. Lauer has extensive experience in training management, having facilitated numerous education programs, both online and in-person, across various organizational levels. With previous positions as Training & Development Manager at Vision Technology Services and Manager of Learning & Development at Randstad, Lauer has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing employee skills and driving business results through effective training strategies. Lauer's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, along with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Salisbury University.
