Michael Ondash is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Production Staff Engineer and Senior Production Engineer at Range Resources since August 2010. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of over 300 wells, managing projects aimed at increasing production within budget constraints, and handling on-site supervision and project management. Previously, Michael held positions as Midstream Engineer and Production Engineer, tracking projects and maintaining production records for Marcellus shale wells. Earlier professional experience includes roles as Production Engineering Technician I and II, complemented by research as a Student Physics Researcher at Washington & Jefferson College. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Sociology from Washington & Jefferson College.
