Julianne Baird

Julianne Baird has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Julianne is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Ranger Design, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CGI as the VP Global HR Business Partner from August 2018 to September 2023, where they focused on employee engagement, retention, and growth. Julianne also worked at Deloitte Canada as a Senior Manager of Talent Programs & Projects from November 2017 to August 2018, where they contributed to reinventing the performance management experience. Julianne also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at J. Baird from January 2013 to November 2017. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Air Canada as the Director of Corporate Human Resources from 2006 to 2010, at RBC as an HR Business Partner from 2001 to 2005, and at BCE/Bell Canada as an Associate Director of Succession Planning & Exec Sourcing and a Manager of Industrial Relations & Employee Services.

Julianne Baird has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen's University. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Industrial Relations, specializing in Labour Relations, also from Queen's University.
