Josh Blum

Josh Blum is a Senior Product Specialist at Ranger Global Real Estate Advisors. Mr. Blum has over 13 years of institutional investment management experience, including more than 10 years as an analyst and trader investing in a variety of equity strategies. In his capacity at Ranger, he serves as a representative of the investment team in support of the firm’s business development and client service efforts, with responsibility for the development of investment-related content and marketing collateral, as well as oversight of portfolio analysis, competitor intelligence and maintenance of the firm’s GIPS composite.

Previously, Mr. Blum was a Director at Cliffwater LLC, an alternative investment adviser and fund manager overseeing all traditional asset manager research and conducting due diligence across equity, fixed income, and liquid real asset strategies. He also served as an analyst and trader focused on the equity capital markets at a number of multi-strategy long/short hedge funds including L1 Capital, BTG Pactual Asset Management, and Millennium Management.

Mr. Blum received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland in 2004 and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University in 2012.
