Hafizul Islam

Hafizul Islam currently serves as the Group Head of Human Resources at Rangs Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Hafizul led People & Culture at Genex Infosys Limited from October 2020 to March 2022, and served as Senior Manager of HR & Admin at Sindabad.com from April 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included guiding the HR & Admin team and defining compensation packages. Previous experience also includes positions as Manager of Human Resource at Energypac Electronics Ltd. and Associate Relationship Manager in HR Services at BRAC Bank Limited, where core HR practices and organizational policies were developed. Hafizul holds an MBA and a BBA in HR from Independent University, Bangladesh, along with a Higher Secondary Certificate from Dhaka City College and a Secondary School Certificate from Government Laboratory High School in Dhaka.
