Dhanush Paul has an extensive work experience beginning in 2007 when they co-founded Miracle Entertainment India. In 2013, they completed a marketing internship at E-bility GmbH. In 2014, they began a marketing trainee program at LEGOLAND Deutschland Freizeitpark GmbH, followed by a marketing and operations graduate trainee program at Merlin Entertainments plc. That same year, they also took on a marketing trainee role at Hamburg Dungeon (Merlin Entertainments Group). In 2015, they worked as a PR and Marketing Trainee (Placement 3) at Madame Tussauds and as a Brand Manager at LEGOLAND Deutschland Freizeitpark GmbH. In 2016, they became the Country Manager at Sedo.com and in 2017 they took on the role of Head of Sales and Business Development at rankingCoach. Dhanush then became Team Lead Sales and Business Development, delivering 130% on targets for two consecutive years. In 2021, they joined Pavilion as an Executive Member and is currently a CRO School Graduate.
Dhanush Paul has an education history beginning in 1992 with the completion of 12th Grade at Bishop Cotton Boys' School in Business/Commerce, General. From 2011 to 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences. In 2017, they completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Marketing and Operations from London Business School. Additionally, Dhanush Paul has obtained two certifications from Pavilion: Enterprise GTM School in July 2022 and CRO School in May 2022.
