Paloma Beltrán

Paloma Beltrán has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they worked as a Practicante at Walmart Chile in the Global Internal Audit Services department. In 2013, they served as an Ayudante Entorno Social at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Chile. Later that year, they joined KPMG Chile as a Practicante Profesional IT Advisory. In 2014, they worked as an Ayudante Aplicaciones Profesionales at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Chile and simultaneously joined Banchile Inversiones as an Analista de Clientes. In 2017, they became a Co-Founder of Ojos de Niños, herramientas para la vida, a national venture dedicated to children and respectful parenting. Paloma then joined Rankmi in 2019, initially as a Customer Success Manager, then as the Lead Customer Success, and currently as the Lead of Operations.

Paloma Beltrán earned a degree in Ingeniera en Información y Control de Gestión from Universidad de Chile between 2009 and 2014. Paloma then pursued a degree in Magister en Psicología Positiva Aplicada from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2023 to 2025. In 2021, Paloma obtained their Instructora de Hatha Yoga degree from Academia Chilena de Yoga, specializing in Formación de profesores de yoga/Terapia de yoga. Additionally, they hold a certification in Diseño de Experiencias y Servicios from CES UAI.
