Amber Augustus has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Amber started their career in 2003 at SABIC Europe, where they worked as a Commercial Assistant, responsible for order-to-cash process and customer support. Amber later took on the role of Business Coordinator, where they analyzed customer needs and implemented business and marketing plans. In 2006, they became a Process Expert/Project Engineer at the same company.

In 2006, Amber joined Favini as a Sales Assistant, where they managed the order-to-cash process and handled customer inquiries and complaints. Amber then moved on to Ranpak Europe in 2008 as a Product Manager, overseeing product lines in Europe and Asia Pacific and focusing on product development and performance.

In 2019, Amber worked at Wavepack as a Product Manager for a brief period. Amber then joined Greiner Packaging in 2020 as a Product Group Manager, leading a team and managing product groups.
